YoungInnovations Weekly #75: Innovators@Meet-ups, Introducing Peer Reward, Code Kata, Celebrating Birthdays, International Hakathon, Data-Driven Farming Prize, New War Room
Whether it be learning, networking, seeking new recruitments, tech-based meet-ups are emerging as ideal places for such opportunities. It has been a busy weekend for K-town’s IT Crowd with three meet-ups. A bunch of our innovators attended those events. It was evident that tech professionals and students are attending such events in large numbers as the number of participation has significantly increased than the past.
Developers Nepal Meet-up #4 @Fusemachines
Two of our innovators, Geshan and Rakeeb were presenter/moderator and panelist respectively. Geshan mesmerized the crowd with his short presentation on the topic titled as ‘Things I Wished I Knew as a Junior #Developer’. It was very thoughtful topic based on his experience and everyone present there could easily relate to what he expressed. Follow the link things-i-wished-i-knew-as-a-junior-developer-slides to view his presentation slides. Our android protagonist, Rakeeb was a part of a panel discussion on the topic titled ‘Automated Tests, are they important?’. It was an interesting topic as all the panelist put up some valid points/arguments about automated testing from their experiences.
A short reminder, Fusemachines are offering AI fellowship program for those of you interested in learning Artificial Intelligence.
